This is a signature style bowl that is authentic to Hawaii.

First you will want to find fresh tuna, Bluefin, Yellowfin, Big eye or anything that is fresh. Saku blocks will also work for restaurant or cafe style locations. Start off by cutting your tuna into 1/2 inch cubes and place them into your designated bowl.
Then cut white onion and green scallions into your size preference. Place these items into your bowl with the tuna. Then pour your Tupat’s Hawaiian Poke Sauce onto the items in the bowl. Make sure that you do not overdue the amount of sauce.

Mix thoroughly and add some sesame seeds. Finally cut some fresh avocado into cubes and add to your Poke Bowl.

Now simply get relaxed and enjoy the flavors.

These are the most flavorful wings around.

First off you will need to get some fresh cut wings.
Marinate your wings for 1-2 hours in the Poke Sauce; use your judgment after marinating a few different times to the flavor you like best. Throw wings on to a baking pan or glass Pyrex, but do not add your extra sauce from marinating.
Bake for 45 minutes on 350, and then pull wings out of oven and throw on to the grill to finish them off.
Brush lightly with your marinating sauce. Grill for 10-15 minutes, let cool and dig in! Some people prefer to use a touch of honey to the Poke Sauce for a thicker texture that allows the sauce to adhere better to the wings.
